This Refund Policy applies to the purchase of credits for the garan-label.com SaaS platform, offered by SWT Media & Software GmbH, Nürnberger Str. 7, 15738 Zeuthen, Germany.

We offer a 14-day refund window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date.

To request a refund, please contact us at info@garan-label.com, stating your order number or Paddle transaction ID.

Payment processing and refunds are handled by our reseller, Paddle.com Market Ltd.
